Damaged or faulty items are items which have been clearly damaged in transit - broken parts and so on. We will replace or refund at our direction any damaged items within 30 days of shipment at our cost. Please contact us at info@purchasedirect.com.au with your order number, a description of the damage and attaching any digital photos if possible (this helps us to get a better understanding of the damage).
